The Corporate Business Development Analyst will work with the Corporate Business Development team on corporate-specific business development initiatives for the Firm, including creating pitch materials, compiling and analyzing research on prospective clients and alerting partners to potential new business opportunities. The Analyst will lead and collaborate with Senior Business Development Managers on various business development tasks, while leveraging additional team members to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.

The Corporate Awards & Recognitions Coordinator contributes to the preparation of Corporate Department award nominations and submissions to legal ranking publications. The Coordinator also assists with other business development and marketing initiatives for the Firm as needed.

As a key member of the Firm’s Conflicts Department and part of the Office of the General Counsel, the Conflicts Analyst plays a critical role in helping to detect and resolve potential conflicts of interest with respect to new business, incoming attorneys and other initiatives.
