OVERVIEW

The Business Development Systems Assistant is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data in the Firm’s customer relationship management (“CRM”) database, InterAction, and providing troubleshooting support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the ongoing administration of InterAction;
  • Assists with preparing daily reports on company executive moves for Partners;
  • Works closely with the Firm’s Legal Administrative Assistants, collecting Firm-wide contact (client, supplier, etc.) information and resolving contact information discrepancies with InterAction;
  • Helps maintain InterAction by researching and reporting on company and contact information in order to provide analytical support to Partners and staff;
  • Helps manage special projects/applications that arise for InterAction; and
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • At least one year of working with InterAction (or equivalent CRM system);
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented;
  • Possess technical systems knowledge;
  • Excellent time management and research skills;
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Capable of working well under pressure and coordinating several activities at one time;
  • Ability to see projects through to completion; and
  • Availability to work overtime, as needed.

This position is located in our New York office, and currently has a hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change. The hours for this position are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The estimated salary range for this position is $62,000 to $72,000 plus overtime. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered.
