The E-Billing & Compliance Analyst is expected to maintain expertise in e-billing tasks and provide superior customer service to the Firm’s clients, attorneys, advisors and staff, and ensure that all client billing arrangements are set up accurately within 3E. This position is responsible for providing e-billing support to the Billing team, including onboarding new clients and troubleshooting invoice submission issues.
This position will also support the Compliance and Billing team with client engagements that are governed by Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines (OCG’s), ensuring all client, matter, timekeeper, rate and e-billing configurations align with OCG’s and engagement terms.
This position is located in our New York office, and currently has a hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change. The hours for this position are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m, Monday through Friday. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 plus overtime. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered.
