The Desktop Applications Engineer will configure, install, and maintain Firm applications for end user computers. The role includes requirements gathering, customization, documentation, level 2/3 support and ongoing troubleshooting throughout the application’s life cycle. The Applications Engineer assumes ownership of key applications, maintaining expert level knowledge, including the evaluation and recommendation for updates as new versions are released. This role will also assist the team with software packaging and deployment compliance.
The Desktop Applications Engineer will also utilize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune to manage workstations including application deployment, configuration, updates and compliance/reporting. In this position, the Applications Engineer will leverage their expertise to implement and manage cutting-edge solutions that enhance system performance, improve security posture, and streamline device management across the enterprise.

This position is located in our New York office, and currently has a hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered.
