The Office Technology Specialist works in coordination with the Office Technology Lead – D.C. to provide IT and audio/visual support within the Firm’s D.C. office, and is responsible for diagnosing different technical issues, assessing and understanding user needs and recommending technical solutions to customers.
This individual also responds to incoming calls for multiple offices, diagnoses and resolves user problems, escalates calls to the next level of service as necessary and follows up with users to ensure successful problem resolution.
This position is located in our Washington, DC office. The hours for this position are 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m, Monday through Friday. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 plus overtime. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered.
