- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or math required; MBA a plus;
- Law firm experience a plus;
- 4+ years related work experience, preferably in a legal or other professional services environment;
- Excellent judgment and ability to deal discreetly with confidential information;
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and ability to synthesize numerical data and metrics effectively;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Must be able to organize and prioritize projects and accomplish objectives within specific deadlines;
- Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate several activities at once;
- Must be detail-oriented and great at problem solving;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required;
- Experience with MS SQL a plus;
- Working knowledge of other systems used is a plus, such as: Elite 3E Billing System, MS Word, SQL Server Management Studio, SSRS Reports, iManage, Outlook, Webex, Adobe Acrobat;
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines; and
- Availability to work additional hours, as needed.
This position is located in our New York office, and currently has a hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered.
